We are not sure who to contact, but I would like to inform the appropriate parties of a boon to your tourism. We recently came through [Durango] on our way to Arizona. We received such outstanding service from Axxis Audio, we decided to spend the night. It appears that their helpful attitude is not that unusual in your city. As a result, all or part of our party will be including Durango as the preferred stop-over from here on out. Of course, we have been singing praises to our family and friends since returning.

I want to thank you once again for the consideration and service you provided me and my daughter Gloria, two weeks ago when I was having trouble using my GPS due to a malfunctioning converter/adapter. I feel it is incumbent on the powers that be to learn how much impact the extent to which you were willing to provide service to visitors aids in promoting tourism. It wasn't until yesterday that I was able to learn the address of your Chamber of Commerce. I wrote the executive director an e-mail telling him of our experience and how it will affect our future plans of travel. I am not sure if you will be notified of the letter so I decided to let you know that your consideration will not be taken lightly by us. Just know how grateful we are.

Just wanted to let you know I received the sanus brackets the other day. Everything is reassembled and good as new. Thanks for saving my sanus stand from the junk heap! I suspect that many merchants would have told me to get lost... or let the matter drop after the shelves arrived without mounting hardware. Instead, you set the bar for customer service very high, and showed heroic persistence in getting this taken care of. You are an audio ninja rockstar, and I will recommend axxis audio to anyone I can, whenever I can. thanks again for suffering through this with me over the last couple of months. I truly apologize for the hassle it must've been, and I thank you sincerely for your good humor through it all.
